Our Story
pkr99 was founded by a team of online gaming professionals and technology enthusiasts who noticed a clear gap in the Pakistan market: players had limited access to reliable, English-language information about online casinos, sports betting and responsible gaming. Most available resources were either poorly translated, legally vague or simply unreliable.
We set out to change that. Building pkr99 from the ground up, our focus was always on three things: accurate information, honest terms and a safe environment for every adult player — whether they are in Lahore following the PSL season, in Islamabad placing a live cricket bet during an ICC tournament, or in Karachi exploring the live dealer tables for the first time.
Pakistan's online gaming audience is growing rapidly, and with that growth comes the responsibility to ensure players understand what they are signing up for. pkr99 provides clear guides on payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — as familiar references, not as endorsements — alongside transparent explanations of wagering requirements, KYC processes and withdrawal timelines.
We have never been interested in flashy promises or misleading bonus claims. Our reputation is built on being straight with our users, keeping our terms readable and supporting responsible gambling tools that actually work.

Our Mission
To be the most transparent and player-focused online gaming information platform in Pakistan — delivering accurate content, honest terms and the responsible gambling tools that every player deserves, in clear and accessible English.
Radical Transparency
Every term, every wagering requirement and every condition is written to be understood — not buried in small print. If we cannot explain it plainly, we do not feature it. Pakistani players deserve clarity, and we deliver it.
Player Safety First
Responsible gambling is not a footnote at pkr99 — it is central to everything we build. Deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion tools and access to support resources are prominently placed, not hidden. Adults 18+ only.
Built for Pakistan
From PSL cricket odds to JazzCash payment guides, pkr99 is written specifically for Pakistani users. We understand local payment context, sports preferences and the regulatory environment our users navigate daily.
Mobile-First Approach
The majority of Pakistani internet users access content on mobile. pkr99 is engineered from the interface up for fast, responsive performance on Android and iOS — even on variable 4G connections across Rawalpindi, Multan and beyond.
Genuine Player Support
Our support team is available 24/7 via Live Chat and Help Centre. English-first with Urdu availability during selected hours. We respond to real questions with real answers — no scripted deflections.

Our Commitment to Responsible Play
At pkr99, responsible gambling is not a compliance checkbox — it is a genuine editorial and operational commitment that runs through every part of our platform. We believe that a sustainable, player-positive gaming environment is better for everyone: players, the platform and the broader community.
We actively promote the principle that gambling should be treated as entertainment with a defined budget, never as a strategy to generate income or resolve financial problems. All promotional content is honest and avoids pressure tactics, false scarcity language or guaranteed-return claims.
Our Responsible Gambling page provides full details of player protection tools, self-assessment resources and guidance on seeking help if gambling becomes a problem. We strongly encourage every player to read it before depositing.
Adults Only Notice
pkr99 is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licensing jurisdiction. Age verification is conducted as part of our KYC process. Being 18+ does not automatically make gambling lawful in Pakistan — local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may impose additional restrictions. Users are responsible for understanding applicable local law.
Legal Context & Transparency
Our Position on Licensing & Pakistani Law
pkr99 operates as an online gaming information and entertainment platform. We do not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government authority, or any Pakistani financial institution including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The status of online and remote gambling under applicable Pakistani law can depend on jurisdiction, enforcement practice and individual circumstances. This page does not constitute legal advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to them before participating in any online gambling activity.
Where the operator holds international licensing, relevant details are disclosed in the appropriate compliance section of the platform. We do not fabricate licence numbers, display unofficial regulatory imagery or make licensing claims we cannot substantiate.
Payment providers mentioned on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as familiar Pakistan payment context only. Their mention does not imply endorsement of, affiliation with or support for online gambling by any of those institutions.
