1. Introduction

Welcome to pkr99 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at pkr99.cam. pkr99 is an online gaming information and entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables and related gaming services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between pkr99 and any individual ("you", "User", "Player") who accesses, browses, registers on or otherwise uses the Platform. The Agreement governs all aspects of your use of pkr99, including account creation, deposits, wagering, bonus participation, withdrawals and use of player protection tools.

pkr99 serves users across Pakistan, including players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, among other cities. Users are reminded that Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice, and pkr99 does not represent that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local law.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on pkr99.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-withdrawable promotional credits credited to an Account subject to separate wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedures applied to Players in accordance with applicable regulations and the Platform's internal compliance programme.
• "Platform" means the pkr99 website at pkr99.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile applications and any other interface through which pkr99 services are delivered.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered and holds a verified Account on pkr99.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any behaviour listed under Section 11 of this Agreement.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player in PKR or another accepted currency, which are eligible for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the operator of the pkr99 Platform.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on pkr99, clicking any "I Agree", "Register" or equivalent button, or by accessing and using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety;
2. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 below;
3. The information provided during registration is accurate, complete and truthful;
4. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes; and
5. You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible.

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a prerequisite to using any feature of the Platform. If you do not accept these terms, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator or by the licensing jurisdiction, to register an Account and participate in any gaming activity on pkr99. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending age verification.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing pkr99 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkr99 does not warrant that its services are available to users in all countries or territories, including Pakistan. The Platform does not claim licensing, approval or endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold no more than one registered Account on pkr99. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived through such conduct.

4.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:

• Individuals under the applicable minimum age;
• Employees, contractors, agents or immediate family members of the Platform or any affiliated entity;
• Individuals who have previously been permanently self-excluded from pkr99 or any affiliated platform;
• Individuals acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party without prior written authorisation from pkr99.

5. Account Registration

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on pkr99.cam and provide accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a chosen username and password. All fields must be completed truthfully.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pkr99 staff will never request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat or the Help Centre at support@pkr99.cam.

pkr99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, and to close any Account that is found to have been opened in breach of these terms.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to player protection and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, pkr99 requires Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances.

6.1 Required Documentation

You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of residential address (for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
• A selfie or liveness verification photograph;
• Confirmation of the ownership of your registered payment method (for example, your Easypaisa or JazzCash account in your own name).

6.2 Submission Standards

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the secure HTTPS verification portal within your Account. pkr99 agents will never request identity documents via general chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS or social media. You must never alter, edit, obscure or falsify any submitted document. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal act and will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to appropriate authorities.

6.3 Pending Verification

pkr99 reserves the right to restrict withdrawal functionality and to suspend promotional access while KYC verification is pending. Funds deposited prior to verification remain accessible once verification is successfully completed.

7. Deposits & Payments

pkr99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and, where supported, in certain other currencies. Accepted payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by jurisdiction, account verification status and method availability at the time of transaction.

7.1 Minimum Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These may vary by payment method. pkr99 reserves the right to amend deposit limits without prior notice, subject to reasonable communication to Users.

7.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful confirmation by the payment processor. Where processing delays occur due to third-party banking systems, pkr99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly but accepts no liability for delays outside its control.

7.3 Currency Conversion

Where a deposit is made in a currency other than the Account's base currency, conversion will be applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are outside pkr99's control and may result in differences between the deposited amount and the credited balance.

7.4 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from an unverified third-party source may be frozen pending investigation and refunded to the source where reasonably practicable.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of your Account, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on the requested balance.

8.1 Processing Timelines

Withdrawal processing timelines vary by payment method. Indicative timelines are provided in the cashier at the point of request. These are estimates only; actual timelines may be affected by third-party processing systems, banking hours or additional verification requirements.

8.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will not be processed where:

• KYC verification is incomplete;
• Active bonus wagering requirements apply to the requested balance;
• The Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion or terms breach; or
• The withdrawal method does not match the most recent verified deposit method.

8.3 Withdrawal to Source

pkr99 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source where required by AML policy. The method of withdrawal may be restricted to match the payment method used for deposit.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr99 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions of this section.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable) and expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.

9.2 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through separate Accounts will be treated as Prohibited Conduct under Section 11.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

pkr99 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, and collusive wagering. Where bonus abuse is identified, pkr99 reserves the right to void bonuses, void derived winnings and close the Account.

9.4 Expiry

Unused bonus funds and associated free spins expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings accrued from expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

10. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pkr99 are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules take precedence for matters specific to that game or market.

10.1 Sports Betting

Live and pre-match betting markets are provided for cricket (including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), football, UFC and other sports. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a market is suspended or settled. Bets placed at published odds are binding once confirmed, subject to any manifest error provisions below.

10.2 Manifest Errors

Where an obvious error in odds or game conditions occurs — for example, incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or data feed error — pkr99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors may have their winnings voided and Accounts suspended.

10.3 Voiding and Refunds

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation without rescheduling, match abandonment, data integrity issues or determination by the relevant sports body that the event was not played under normal conditions. Voided bets are typically returned as stakes to the Account Balance.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following acts are strictly prohibited on pkr99 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under the applicable minimum age;
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider information exploitation or use of automated betting systems (bots);
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, circumvent or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or manifest errors for financial gain;
• Depositing funds from sources other than your own verified payment methods;
• Systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (bonus abuse); and
• Any conduct that pkr99 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening or harmful to other users, staff or the integrity of the Platform.

Where Prohibited Conduct is identified, pkr99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending and settled bets affected by the conduct, forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and retain Real Money Funds pending investigation. pkr99 may additionally report the conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

12. Responsible Gambling

pkr99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as entertainment with a defined budget — never as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players via the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for specified periods;
• Session Timers: Receive alerts when a defined play duration has been reached;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account — this cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr99 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio and visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr99 or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted or otherwise exploited without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant any proprietary rights in the Platform or its content.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses sustained while using the Platform;
• Loss of data, revenue or profits;
• Service interruptions, technical failures or system downtime;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr99 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to fitness for purpose, accuracy of content or uninterrupted availability.

15. Privacy & Data

pkr99 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by applicable law, regulatory obligation or for the purpose of delivering platform services (for example, with payment processors for transaction processing).

16. Amendments to These Terms

pkr99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

pkr99 does not make any representation that its services are lawful under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are reminded of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation. This clause does not constitute legal advice. pkr99 is not licensed, approved or endorsed by any Pakistani governmental authority.
